With utmost excitement, I announce that I am moving my practice permanently to Metropolitan Pediatrics starting in April, 2022.

Metropolitan pediatrics is a well established, 5 Star rated medical home  with roots going as far back as 1908. With 6 locations in the Portland Metropolitan area, the clinics provide state-of-the-art services, 7 days a week (with extended weekday hours) to all pediatric ages.

I will be working in the same area I have served for almost 23 years, at Metropolitan Pediatrics Beaverton site (15455 NW Greenbrier Parkway, Suite 111, Beaverton OR 97006), just off of NW 158th Ave.

I am a general pediatrician who has been serving my patients’ primary care needs in the Portland Metropolitan area for the last 22 years. After 20 years at Westside pediatric clinic, I joined Tanasbourne Pediatrics in October 2020. Now I am looking forward to a permanent home for my Practice at Metropolitan Pediatrics. I enjoy working with children of all ages (birth to 20 years), and love watching them grow and become healthy and happy adults. I have a passion for helping and guiding families in sickness and in health. My journey in my many years of practicing medicine, taught me to always listen to my parent’s concerns and intuition. As a mother of two children myself, I know how powerful parental instinct can be.

I was born and raised in the Middle East and speak both English and Arabic fluently. Having traveled and lived in many countries has helped me appreciate the beauty in other cultures and their ways of life. My clinic is open and safe for families of all backgrounds.

I went to Medical school in Kuwait, and spent summers doing externships in Egypt, the UK and Scotland. I completed my pediatric residency training at the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida. I am board certified in pediatrics and am a fellow of  the American Academy of Pediatrics.
